Our Daily Bread- documentary

I just watched a really great documentary on food systems a couple of days ago, that I think would be really worthwhile for everyone to check out. It's called Our Daily Bread. It has no dialogue, but just has a lot of long, beautiful landscape shots of industrial food production. The lack of dialogue allows it to have a neutral perspective, presenting things for what they are. I think we could benefit from watching this and taking note of their cinematography techniques. I got the documentary from Enoch Pratt and could take it out again and bring it to class sometime.
